(1) REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We do
not usually offer exchange or refunds on any purchases
whatsoever - although, in some cases we will consider this.
In this case the customer/buyer shall be soley responsible for
all postage/shipping costs back to Quirky Pieces and then all
postage/shipping back to the customer/buyer once finalized.
If an item is damaged due to a proven manufacturing
problem or fault we will be happy to look into this once our
Quirky Pieces Quality Control Officer has inspected the
goods/items. Once again, the customer/buyer shall be soley
responsible for all postage/shipping costs back to Quirky Pieces
and then all postage/shipping costs back to the customer/buyer once
finalized. If a manufacturing fault is deemed due once inspected;
Quirky Pieces will happily refund the postage charges back to
the customer/buyer and offer either a full refund, replacement
or exchange.
All goods/items in question must be received at Quirky Pieces
within 14 days of origional purchase to take advantage of the
above policy.
Please understand, The Quirky Pieces Quality Control Officer
will thoroughly check all goods/item and will take pre-shipping
photos of all goods/items before packing and after.
This ensure the highest quality products are shipped.
(1) PAYMENTS
Paypal Payments accepted. We ask that you make payments
within 3 working days of purchase so as to assure you will not
miss out on your item by another buyer.
Direct Debit is also available - Please contact Melanie on
0421893808 to arrange this payment method.
Pay Over The Phone is also available by VISA or MASTERCARD
payments.
(2) POSTAGE FAQ - AUSTRALIA WIDE
At Quirky Pieces we are happy to say that most of our shipping is taken care
of through our friends at Fastway Couriers.
Fastway Couriers we feel, offer the most competitive rates; with all shipping
inclusive of tracking, insurance and signature on arrival of your goods.
PLEASE NOTE: The team at Quirky Pieces thoroughly checks all items
before packed and therefore will not be responsible for goods shipped
through Fastway Couriers which are lost or damaged in any way on arrival
to the buyer.
It shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer to seek compensation through
Fastway Couriers. In this case the buyer shall be given the tracking number
of the said goods for reference purposes.
A small number of our items are also shipped through Australia Post.
Where Australia Post is used, you will be offered a Standard Postage charge
.
We do strongly advise our customers to email us to request Registerd
Post for their items and to pay the extra $3.00 for this service. This will ensure
insurance and tracking of your goods.
PLEASE NOTE: The team at Quirky Pieces thoroughly checks all items
before packed and therefore will not be responsible for goods posted
through Australia Post which are lost or damaged in any way on arrival
to the buyer.
If Registered Post is chosen and the goods have been lost or damaged
in transit, then it shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer to seek
compensation through Australia Post.
If Standard Post is chosen, unfortunately there is no compensation.
Quirky Pieces will not take any responsibility for goods damaged or lost in
transit. This shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please understand
there are no tracking numbers for this service if chosen.

(2) SHIPPING/POSTAGE - INTERNATIONAL
Please contact us by clicking HERE to find out your International
Shipping/Postage Charges to your specified International address before
you place your order.
All items are in (AUD) Australian Dollars and Shipping/Postage Fees
stated on this website are for Australia-Wide-Only and in (AUD)
Australian Dollars.
Although, we do welcome International Customers and will quote on
International Shipping Fees when enquired about.
Please note - we at Quirky Pieces will not take responsibility for
mistakes made by customers in understanding postage/shipping charges
for International Shipping. International Customers MUST contact us
(click above) via email before proceeding to purchase their goods.
Therefore, any Refund Fees Due (where applicable) shall be incurred
by the customer and not Quirky Pieces Australia.
