REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We do
not usually offer exchange or refunds on any purchases
although, in some cases we will consider this.
However, if an item is damaged due to a manufacturing
problem we will be happy to look into this.
With Regards to items purchased on our website and a return
or refund is applicable, the return postage fees back to
Quirky Pieces - will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
PAYMENTS
Paypal Payments accepted. We ask that you make payments
within 3 working days of purchase so as to assure you will not
miss out on your item by another buyer.
Direct Debit is also available - Please contact Melanie on
0421893808 to arrange this payment method.
Pay Over The Phone is also available by VISA or MASTERCARD
payments.
SHIPPING/POSTAGE - AUSTRALIA WIDE
* Please carefully check the amount of your item plus the
postage charges.
* All of our postage charges are for STANDARD POSTAGE
from Australia Post. Unless otherwise specified by you the
buyer.
* We highly recommend you ask us for
REGISTERED POST & INSURANCE - this is an additional
$5.00 within Australia and will cover for up to $100 compensation.
* Extra cover of items are: $1.30 per $100 or part thereof in
excess of $100.
* EXPRESS POST is also available upon request - Please e-mail
us if you require this service.
* Please understand we will make all possible measures to
avoid any loss or damage of items during postage, although
we will not take any responsibility for loss or damage
through postage/shipping/transportation.
* We have no tracking numbers available for you if
STANDARD POSTAGE is used. Tracking numbers are
available for REGISTERED or EXPRESS POST.
* Purchased items should arrive within 7-10 working days,
although on some occasions it may take up to 20 working
days.
* We also offer MULTI-ITEM POSTAGE DISCOUNTS
