Quirky Pieces main shipping method is through Fastway Couriers. This ensures all postage prices are inclusive of tracking, insurance and signature on delivery.


Where Australia Post is used - each item on this website has been weighed and priced according to the Australia Post Guide-lines.
That is, to weigh each item, followed by pricing each item at the furthest distance for postage charges.


On occasion there will be discounts on postage / shipping charges of a
single item and more often-than-not discounts on multi-item postage / shipping. This is due to the system - mentioned above as set out by Australia Post.

When a discount does occurs - Quirky Pieces as routine, REFUNDS the customer the difference in price of postage / shipping - back into their paypal account or other means of orgional payment.

Quirky Pieces highly recommends that a customer contacts us by either email or phone in regard to postage / shipping discounts before the order is placed. This will give a true indication of the postage / shipping charges before payment is made.


This is no problem at all. If a customer fails to contact us regarding postage / shipping discounts before an order is placed, Quirky Pieces will still happily
honor the refunding difference of postage / shipping discounts policy as
above-mentioned if a discount is applicable.
